SRF v2.0 is a published containment architecture for systems whose language does things: thirty-two versioned implementation cards carrying schemas, thresholds, state machines, test harnesses and acceptance criteria, from a framework first published in July 2025. Openly licensed, permanently identified, buildable without asking anyone's permission.

Governance

Policies, gates, evidence chains, duties and audit. What the system may do, and how a stranger verifies the record of what it did.

Culture

Local norms, registers, dissent visibility and provenance. Whose rules apply, declared rather than assumed.

Care

Time, load, distress, energy and the human-side conditions the architecture is required to honour. Care as procedure, not simulation.

Where this sits

The trilogy runs from ontology to executable specification. The Alignment Paradox (AP-SRF) frames alignment as a relational field condition. The Alignment Kernel (AK-OC) specifies the containment architecture. The Alignment Protocol (AP-ADD) is the card layer rendered on this site.

What a claim is worth here

Conformance language on this site means what the published test says it means: MKP-conformant is the ten core cards plus the mandatory cross-profile slices; fully conformant is every hard invariant in the conformance table. A hosted page carries stance, never enforcement. Anything less specific is SRF-informed, and says so.
